How the Reward Works
You earn 30 days of Premium for every friend who joins through your link and qualifies, applied to your account automatically the moment they qualify. There is no cap on how many friends you can refer or how many months you can earn.
A friend qualifies once they join and then do either of the following:
- Add 5 jobs to their Job Tracker, or
- Publish to LinkedIn using the My Posts feature.
Tying the reward to real activity (tracked jobs or a published post) ensures the people you invite are genuinely getting value from Callings, not just clicking a link. Your friend also starts with a 30-day free trial instead of the usual two weeks, so they have room to experience the platform properly.
Rewards apply to new members only. You earn a reward when you invite someone who does not already have a Callings account. If you invite an existing member, that invitation shows on your page as "Already a member" and does not earn a reward.
How your free month is applied
How the reward lands depends on your current plan:

Ways to Invite
The Earn Free Months page gives you two ways to reach friends, so you can use whichever fits each person.
Invite by Email
Enter a friend's email and Callings drafts a warm, personalized invitation with your referral link already included. It is the easiest way to invite specific people by name. If someone you invited by email has not joined yet, you can use Resend invite to send the invitation again.
Invite on Social Media
Callings generates a ready-made post you can share on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads, or anywhere else, with your invite link included. Copy it, tweak it, and post it to reach your wider network at once.
You can also copy your personal invite link and send it however you like, in a text, a DM, or a group chat. When a friend signs up through it, they are automatically attributed to you.
Tracking Your Invitees
The page shows three running totals at the top so you always know where you stand:

Below the totals, the People you invited table lists each invitee with their status and the days you earned from them.
- People you invited by email appear by the address you entered.
- People who joined through your link or a social post appear as initials only, so their identity stays private to you.
The Status column shows where each person is in the process:

The Days earned column shows 30 once an invitee qualifies, and 0 while they are still getting set up.
Tips and Best Practices
- Invite the people most likely to get value. Friends who are actively searching will set up quickly, which is what earns you the reward and helps them most.
- Use the email invite for close contacts. A personalized message to someone by name lands better than a generic link.
- Post once to your network. A single honest social post can reach dozens of people who did not know you would recommend Callings.
- Resend a nudge. If an invitee was sent an email but has not joined, Resend invite gives them a friendly reminder.
- Check back on progress. If someone joined but has not finished setup, a quick nudge helps them (and unlocks your free month).
