Q: I have a job interview tomorrow—can I access my prep report?
A: Yes. Any interview prep reports you generated while on an Unlimited plan are still accessible. You can view and use them.

Q: What happens to my multiple resumes on the free plan?
A: All your uploaded resumes remain accessible. You can view and download any of them as PDF or DOCX. However, only your primary resume will be used for AI processing (job matching, custom resume generation, etc.). Your primary resume is always active and cannot be changed or deactivated on the free plan. Upgrade to Unlimited to switch your primary resume or activate additional resumes for AI features.

Q: What happens to my saved target companies on the free plan?
A: All your target companies and their AI-generated fit reports remain accessible. You can view company details and positioning strategies. However, finding new companies via the AI Company Finder or generating new enrichment reports requires an Unlimited Membership.

Q: Can I still view my campaign page after my plan expires?
A: Your campaign page content is preserved, but the page goes offline and is no longer visible to visitors. When you resubscribe, your campaign page becomes visible again with all your content intact. You can still see and preview your campaign page in your account while on the free plan.

Q: What happens to speculative roles I created?
A: Speculative roles saved to your Job Tracker remain there like any other job. You can continue to view them, track their status, and access any reports you generated for them. Creating new speculative roles requires an Unlimited Membership.

A: Yes. The app displays an in-app banner showing how many days remain in your trial, such as "Your free Unlimited trial ends in 3 days."

Q: Is there a grace period after expiration?
A: No formal grace period, but your data is never deleted. You can resubscribe at any time to regain access.

Q: Can I download my content before my plan expires?
A: Yes, but there's no rush—your content remains accessible even after expiration. You can download PDFs and DOCXs anytime.

Q: Do one-time payment plans auto-renew?
A: No. 6-month and annual plans expire at the end of the period with no automatic renewal. You'll need to purchase a new plan to continue.

Q: How long is my data retained if I don't resubscribe?
