This is a hands-on product role for robotic sortation: the person owns both new deployment scoping and sustaining product work once systems are running in customer environments.
## What you would work on
* Define system layouts, statements of work, product requirements, and pricing inputs for customer deployments * Partner with engineering on feature feasibility, mechanical modifications, software updates, and integration plans * Build customer-facing product materials, spec sheets, integration guides, operator manuals, dashboards, and reports * Prioritize support-ticket themes, customer feature requests, WMS integrations, and system performance improvements
