Your Mission

As a Product Manager, you will help drive growth of direct to consumer revenues for Call of Duty: Mobile, including our own web store and third party stores. You will help design the strategy and roadmap, ideate improvements, and generate insights from looking at performance, to drive revenue growth.

You will lead and partner closely with various stakeholder groups, including our external web store payment partners, product team, marketing team, and CODM development team at Tencent in China, to gain alignment and execute on your plans. You will also generate robust analysis and actionable insights into the performance of the store, to inform our future direction. You’ll report to the Associate Director of Product, Direct to Consumer, who leads our direct to consumer efforts.

This role is based in our Santa Monica, CA office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.

Main Responsibilities

Drive direct to consumer revenue growth Generate a deep understanding of our direct to consumer performance through analysis and player research Generate ideas to improve our exclusive offers, seasonal promotions, loyalty/retention offers, checkout improvements, personalization features, and growth experiments, to improve our overall roadmap and strategy Ideate, design, execute and analyze A/B tests, and apply learnings to improve our roadmap Work closely with our internal teams and payment partners to improve our store design and value propositions, and our marketing team to drive more traffic to the store Communicate performance, product plans, and improvement recommendations to stakeholders across the organization

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management or another relevant role Able to clearly synthesize insights from analysis and research to diagnose root causes of problems and generate recommendations Experience using SQL, Tableau, Excel, or other analytical tools to generate insights from data Experience using AI tools to help improve the quality and efficiency of your work Strong influence skills, able to work well with others across cross-functional teams Strong execution skills with bias to action and track record in hitting business outcomes Strong structured and critical thinking skills, able to define a strategy and build a plan to hit goals Able to do meetings in the evening with colleagues in Asia (typically no more than once or twice a week)

Extra Points

Experience with similar mobile games or on similar direct-to-consumer initiatives is helpful but not required for this role Basic understanding of statistics, including experience with A/B testing

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $114,080.00 - $211,048.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
