The RoleAs a Project Manager at Capco, you will lead the delivery of client-focused projects and change initiatives across the financial services and energy sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. You will play a key role in coordinating activities, managing risks, and supporting high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Lead project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integration, data, and technology solutions

Manage stakeholder communications and provide clear updates to support decision-making

Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across the project lifecycle

Support Agile delivery practices including backlog management, sprint planning, and progress tracking

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience managing projects in Agile and/or waterfall delivery environments

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging business and technical stakeholders

Strong ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables across complex programs

Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Visio

Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience with executive stakeholders

Bonus Points For

Experience in financial services and/or energy sectors

Familiarity with cloud platforms and private PaaS solutions

Experience delivering data or integration-focused projects

Ability to define KPIs and measure project or product outcomes
