Description We’re Hiring: Project Manager – K-12 Construction (SCUC ISD)

About LMC CorporationLMC Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our SCUC ISD contract. This position is responsible for managing multiple small-to-medium construction and renovation projects within occupied educational facilities while serving as the primary point of contact for the school district. The ideal candidate has a strong background in K-12, municipal, or public-sector construction and excels at client communication, project coordination, budgeting, and schedule management. ResponsibilitiesManage construction projects from planning through closeout. Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with district representatives. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates. Review estimates, change orders, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards. Monitor project quality, schedule, and financial performance. Produce weekly project progress reports and updates for district stakeholders.

Requirements Qualifications Required5+ years of construction project management experience. Experience managing K-12, municipal, or public-sector construction projects. OSHA 30 Certification. Proficiency with RS Means CostWorks or similar construction estimating platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

PreferredExperience working in occupied school environments. Knowledge of Texas public procurement and maintenance construction projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
