Job Title: Senior Intall Project Manager

Location: Orlando, FL

Salary: $125K–$150K base + strong annual bonus

About the Role This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the install side of the mechanical trades and knows how to move projects from the sales handoff all the way through completion. You’ll run fast-moving, quick-turn install projects while supporting a team of project managers within the Special Projects Group.

Most jobs fall in the $15K–$200K range, with some larger projects up to $20MM, and you’ll have several active at any given time. If you like a steady pace, solving problems on the fly, and taking full ownership of installs from planning to closeout, this is a strong fit.

Responsibilities Taking install projects from hand-off through closeout, handling all setup, coordination, scheduling, and documentation

Building submittals, ordering equipment and materials, and confirming deliveries and lead times

Setting up job budgets, cost codes, labor plans, and tracking financial performance throughout the project

Working closely with field crews to ensure they have drawings, instructions, equipment, and support

Coordinating subcontractors and confirming each phase of work is ready before crews arrive

Reviewing installation drawings, scopes of work, and field conditions to identify issues early

Managing multiple quick-turn install projects at once across office buildings, schools, medical facilities, and more

Handling change orders, conflicts, delays, and other adjustments to keep jobs moving

Performing regular site walks and verifying work quality, progress, and punch items

Communicating with clients, sales, engineers, and internal teams to keep everyone aligned

Supporting, guiding, and helping develop other project managers within the Special Projects Group

What You Need to Bring 5+ years managing commercial HVAC/mechanical install projects

Strong understanding of the install trade, including equipment, sequencing, and what crews need day-to-day

Proven ability to run multiple active projects simultaneously

Experience organizing jobs from scratch: submittals, equipment orders, schedules, budgets, and field prep

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, details, and installation plans

Skilled with Excel; experience using Vista Viewpoint and Microsoft Project is helpful

Solid planning, communication, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable in both office and field environments; able to walk job sites and lift up to 20 lbs

English fluency required; Spanish is a plus
