This two-year full-time program begins 2027 with a series of AI-Enabled Learning Sprints designed to help you accelerate your impact from day one. Through this immersive experience, you will: Learn how to leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve real business challenges and create value in your role.
Explore the financial technology industry, gain insight into FIS's business, and understand how innovation is shaping the future of fintech.
Engage directly with senior leaders and industry experts to learn about their career journeys, leadership philosophies, and perspectives on the future of work.
Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work.
About the team: You’ll join a collaborative project management team responsible for delivering strategic business and technology initiatives that help clients achieve their goals. The team works across multiple functions, partnering with business stakeholders, product teams, operations, and technology groups to plan, coordinate, and execute projects. You will build foundational project management skills while supporting project delivery, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence. Success is measured through effective coordination, timely execution, risk awareness, and strong collaboration across teams.
What you will be doing: Support project planning activities by maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, and documenting project deliverables.
Coordinate meetings, status updates, and communications to ensure alignment among project stakeholders.
Monitor project risks, issues, and action items, escalating concerns when appropriate.
Assist with project reporting, data analysis, and preparation of presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and records to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful delivery of project objectives and business outcomes.
Track project budgets, resource allocations, and timelines to help identify potential variances.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
Support change management and implementation activities to facilitate adoption of new processes or solutions.
Build knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices while contributing to team goals.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
