Global Commercial Services (GCS) is a leading payments provider serving businesses of all sizes, with Small Business representing our largest and fastest-growing customer segment. The Small Business Marketing team drives acquisition and customer engagement across Charge Cards, Proprietary Lending products, and co-brand partnerships, playing a critical role in accelerating U.S. SME growth. Within this organization, the Small Business Demand Generation team is responsible for creating best-in-class, integrated experiences that drive acquisition through paid channels. This Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and advancing the GCS Customer Media program, developing strategies that generate demand amongst existing customers and deliver relevant acquisition experiences. This individual will bring together customer insights, media expertise, data, and measurement to evolve the way we treat customers through media touchpoints and drive business value.

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a customer-focused, data-driven marketing leader who can: Lead the Customer Media Strategy: Own and advance the GCS Customer Media strategy, defining the vision, roadmap, and priorities for how media can be used to engage customers across the lifecycle and drive incremental value. Champion SBO Needs & Insights: Develop a deep understanding of SBO needs, behaviors, and motivations and translate those insights into actionable media strategies. Represent the SBO perspective in cross-functional forums to help advance the broader GCS customer treatment set and deliver more relevant customer experiences. Define and Develop E2E Strategy: Develop an end-to-end approach for Customer Media, defining what winning looks like across audiences, channels, creative, offers, and customer treatments. Lead the test-and-learn agenda and identify opportunities to scale successful strategies. Turn a Love of Data into Actionable Insights: Use customer, audience, channel, and performance data to understand what is working, uncover opportunities, and identify ways to optimize and grow. Translate complex insights into clear recommendations and actions. Champion Measurement & Incrementality: Advance the measurement strategy for Customer Media, partnering with Analytics (AIM), Investment Optimization (GIO), Measurement (MOCA), and other internal teams to understand incremental impact, establish success metrics, and inform investment decisions. Drive Innovation: Identify emerging media capabilities, technologies, audiences, and customer engagement opportunities that can enhance how GCS connects with existing customers. Build a thoughtful test-and-learn roadmap to evaluate and scale new capabilities. Lead Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build strong relationships across GCS Marketing and key partner teams to align priorities and ensure SBO needs and insights are incorporated into broader customer strategies and treatments. Execute Flawlessly: Lead execution of the Customer Media roadmap, ensuring campaigns and treatments are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with the appropriate measurement, billing, and tracking infrastructure in place.

Qualifications5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, customer marketing, media, or a related high-growth environment. Proven ability to lead and manage innovative, effective marketing programs that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, audience strategy, measurement, and evolving media capabilities. Strong SBO customer mindset with demonstrated ability to translate customer needs, behaviors, and insights into marketing strategies and experiences. Strong leadership, influence, and relationship-management skills with the ability to work across multiple cross-functional partners. Strong analytical skills with the ability to isolate what matters, synthesize complex information, and turn insights into action. Ability to develop strategic roadmaps, prioritize opportunities, and manage multiple initiatives from strategy through execution. Passion for digital media, customer experience, innovation, and transformation.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
