We are representing an established General Contractor in Palm Beach County looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its luxury residential team.

The projects are not production residential.

We're talking about **one-of-a-kind custom homes for high-net-worth clients**, where quality, detail, communication and execution matter at every stage of the build.

The company is looking for a Project Manager who understands this environment and can take ownership of a luxury residence from preconstruction through final handover.

**The Role**

As Project Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of high-end custom residential projects throughout Palm Beach County.

You'll work closely with Superintendents, architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors and clients while maintaining control of budget, schedule, procurement and overall project performance.

Responsibilities will include:

* Managing luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion * Developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules * Managing subcontractor procurement, buyout and contracts * Coordinating architects, interior designers, consultants and specialty trades * Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation * Working closely with the Superintendent on sequencing and field execution * Managing long-lead procurement and high-end finishes * Maintaining project financials, forecasting and cost control * Leading owner and project meetings * Maintaining exceptional communication with clients throughout the build * Driving projects through punch, closeout and final handover

**Who We're Looking For**

This role requires someone who genuinely understands **high-end custom residential construction**.

We're particularly interested in Project Managers who have:

* 5+ years of construction experience * Previous Project Management experience with a General Contractor or luxury custom home builder * Direct experience delivering high-end custom homes * Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules and contracts * Experience coordinating architects, designers and specialty trades * Strong subcontractor management and procurement experience * Excellent client-facing communication skills * High standards around quality, detail and finish * The ability to independently take ownership of a project

**Palm Beach County luxury residential experience would be particularly attractive.**

However, we're also interested in speaking with strong luxury residential Project Managers from elsewhere in South Florida who would consider working in the Jupiter/Palm Beach market.
