About Winixx

Winixx Inc. is a technology holding company building an integrated portfolio of technology platforms, infrastructure, and consumer products. Winixx Health is being developed as a healthcare infrastructure platform designed to make preventive healthcare broadly accessible, make early detection a default part of healthcare, and coordinate the transition from detection to clinical review, referral, intervention, emergency response, and follow-up. The long-term vision is to build Winixx Health as an operating layer for healthcare — connecting people, clinicians, laboratories, pharmacies, emergency services, hospitals, devices, and other healthcare institutions into a coordinated system while preserving appropriate clinical authority, privacy, consent, and regulatory safeguards.

Role Summary

The Vice President, Winixx Health is the senior executive responsible for translating Winixx Inc.'s healthcare vision into a functioning healthcare infrastructure organization. This leader will coordinate clinical, technological, operational, research, government, financial, and regulatory functions while maintaining a singular focus on the patient journey from prevention and early detection through intervention, emergency response, and follow-up.

What You'll Do

• Translate the Winixx Health mission into an executable organizational and operating strategy • Lead the development of Winixx Health as an integrated healthcare infrastructure platform • Coordinate Clinical & Medical Affairs, Health Technology, Operations, Prevention, Diagnostics, Emergency Coordination, Data & Security, Research, Government Affairs, Communications, Finance, and Legal • Establish organizational priorities, operating standards, accountability structures, and measurable outcomes • Ensure that the patient experience remains coherent across digital, physical, clinical, and emergency environments • Work with Winixx Inc. executive leadership on long-term strategy, capital requirements, partnerships, and expansion • Recruit, develop, and evaluate the Winixx Health executive team • Ensure technological capabilities remain subordinate to appropriate clinical, privacy, safety, and regulatory requirements • Develop the organizational capability required to operate at national scale • Represent Winixx Health internally and externally when appropriate • Maintain alignment between the mission, organizational culture, and execution

What We're Looking For

• Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, medicine, public health, business, engineering, technology, economics, policy, or a related discipline • Advanced degree strongly valued but not mandatory where demonstrated capability is exceptional • Demonstrated ability to lead complex organizations, programs, products, or systems • Exceptional systems thinking and ability to connect technology, people, institutions, economics, and operations • Demonstrated ability to turn an ambitious vision into an executable strategy • Strong judgment, communication, recruiting, and organizational leadership ability • Ability to operate across technical, clinical, governmental, financial, and operational disciplines • Direct healthcare executive experience is valuable but is not required if equivalent leadership capability can be demonstrated • Candidates will be evaluated heavily on mission comprehension, strategic reasoning, execution ability, and leadership judgment
