## RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate inspections with local authorities and third-party inspectors, ensuring all required approvals are scheduled and passed on time * Manage material procurement — ordering, tracking deliveries, and resolving supply delays before they impact the schedule * Coordinate equipment needs and logistics across active job sites * Support day-to-day coordination between office staff and field crews (superintendents, foremen, subs) * Track project schedules and flag delays or bottlenecks early * Assist with budget tracking, monitoring costs against estimates and reporting variances * Review and manage subcontractor scopes, schedules, and performance * Help prepare and maintain project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders, daily reports) * Communicate regularly with clients/owners on project status and milestones * Ensure jobsite work complies with plans, specs, and applicable codes * Support permitting and regulatory coordination alongside the internal permitting team * Participate in project kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and closeout * Help identify and resolve issues between design, procurement, and field execution * Support estimating and pre-construction efforts on upcoming bids as needed
## REQUIREMENTS
* Previous construction experience required * Minimum 3 years of construction experience * Commercial construction experience required * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
