## **What You’ll Be Doing**
* Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver product and manufacturing initiatives on time, cost, and quality targets. * Plan projects end-to-end, defining scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure clear execution and accountability. * Manage project execution by tracking risks, milestones, and deliverables to keep teams aligned and focused on results. * Coordinate prototyping, testing, and design change qualification to ensure product readiness and manufacturing robustness. * Present project progress and outcomes to stakeholders to enable timely decisions at key milestones and gates.
## **What We're Looking For**
* +5 year of experience leading cross-functional projects in product development, manufacturing, or industrial environments. * Experience analyzing engineering design changes and working with complex Bills of Material * Strong project management capability across planning, execution, risk, cost, and schedule control. * Responsible for implementing new process and products.
