About the RoleJoin a growing AI and B2B software engineering team building an agent platform that automates enterprise procurement. This individual contributor role spans product and infrastructure, with the opportunity to shape core systems as the platform scales. What You'll DoLearn the codebase, business, and customer needs to identify and solve high-value problems.

Work across the stack, from infrastructure and distributed systems to frontend and UI issues.

Speak directly with enterprise customers to understand procurement challenges and translate findings into product improvements.

Design and own Python-based AI agent systems that work with fragmented enterprise data.

Collaborate with engineering leadership and the team on platform architecture and scaling.

What We're Looking ForAt least 3 years of software engineering experience, with production experience across the full stack.

Strong Python skills, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.

Experience building core systems, distributed systems, or data pipelines, with a solid understanding of system design and infrastructure.

Curiosity, self-direction, and a track record of finding and solving valuable problems.

Clear communication and collaboration skills, including comfort working with customers.

An individual contributor mindset and strong technical fundamentals; alternative educational backgrounds are welcome.

Experience with AI agents, LLMs, workflow automation, knowledge graphs, or multi-tenant systems is relevant. Procurement, supply chain, industrial technology, or early-stage startup experience is a plus.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary is $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationOn-site in San Francisco, California.
