About the role Kaimetrix is seeking a Program Manager – Level V to provide executive-level leadership and oversight for complex, mission-critical programs. This role is responsible for strategic planning, execution, and full lifecycle program management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful delivery of program outcomes. What you'll do Provide overall responsibility for the strategic planning, execution, and management of complex and critical programs Develop and oversee program strategies, plans, and objectives to ensure successful mission outcomes Maintain an expert-level understanding of program requirements, scope, and performance objectives Apply advanced program management methodologies to drive execution, performance, and risk management Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across leadership, customers, and technical teams Drive enterprise-level process improvement initiatives to enhance program performance and efficiency Provide executive leadership and direction across all aspects of program delivery Serve as site lead, coordinating program activities and ensuring successful execution across multiple teams

Qualifications Education/Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program management or related leadership roles Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Certifications: PMI or PMP

Clearance:Background investigation Tier 1 (T1) or ability to obtain and maintain
