14026 – Renewable Project Manager (Onsite) – Juno Beach, FL/ Palm Beach Gardens, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Occasional travel may be required to project locations and to support Development with local public hearings. * Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required); * Experience with project management, with a focus on engineering, economics, or construction [5+ years]; * Experience with renewable energy / solar projects; * Experience with pre-construction planning, financial modeling, and procurement strategy; * Experience with PPA and GIA negotiations and jurisdictional regulatory requirements; * Experience with commercial contract sourcing, negotiation, and execution (geotechnical, survey, EPC/PC services); * Experience with project coordination; * Experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced level); * Ability to travel occasionally.

* Experience with electricity markets and battery energy storage systems (BESS); * PMP Certification; * Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.

19902/19891 (onsite) Juno Beach, FL Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily project activities involving internal and external resources to support Development, Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and Construction activities from pre-construction (Early Stage) through to the Construction stage for BESS projects within the E&C Business Unit. • Manage critical coordination of highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right activities to meet project schedules. • Coordinate with environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, interconnection, and other project variables to ensure comprehensive project development. • Develop and optimize the project’s technical scope and variables to improve both technical and financial feasibility. • Support origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations, as well as jurisdictional requirements.
