Responsibilities:

Manage assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information Segment projects into achievable actions and set timeframes for completion Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives Assign tasks to internal teams and define schedule Meet client’s needs are met as projects evolve Help prepare budgets Analyze risks and opportunities Oversee project procurement management Monitor project progress and manage issues that arise Communicate project status to all stakeholders Work with the team to eliminate blockers Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Ensure standards and requirements are met through monitoring quality assurance and control activities Create schedules and collect documents to orient and guide projects and outcomes Translate metrics into actionable, meaningful intelligence Manage expectations and track risks and benefits Communicate with stakeholders about scheduling, staffing, and technical requirements Help with other projects/duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

3 years or more of proven work experience as a Technical Operations / Project Manager. CAPM Certification or 5 years equivalent experience Experience in Project Management and scheduling within revenue-driven organizations Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management Identify, manage, and mitigate risk items within project related activities Communicate and work at all levels within BearCom and our largest customers Manage and measure the profitability of large and strategic projects Plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects and simultaneous performance objectives Write, read, interpret, explain and act based on a thorough understanding of technical documents, engineering materials and contracts or related documents  Make professional sales and business presentations in writing, through email, reports, or orally, including complex business and technical matters to an audience of high technical skills, management, and operational experience Perform work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenges, and project management deadlines Strong interpersonal, team building, presentation, and communication skills Preferred experience in Video surveillance, Computer Software and LMR radio Drug screenings and background checks are part of the hiring process, which may include a Motor Vehicle Record check
