G&E Partners are currently partnered with a well-established General Contractor, that is looking to add a Project Manager to their Winchester, VA team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects across the region from a local office, with no daily commute into DC or Northern Virginia, at a firm built on long-term client relationships and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects from start-up through closeout
• Own project budgets, cost projections and schedules
• Manage subcontracts, change orders and billing
• Build strong client and design team relationships
• Work closely with field team
• Solve problems on site and keep projects on track

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of commercial construction experience
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
