Restoration & Reconstruction Project Manager Base Salary up to $70,000 - $80,000 + Quarterly Bonus Structure

At Paul Davis Restoration, we help families and businesses rebuild after the unexpected. We are a premier, full-service disaster restoration and reconstruction company specializing in insurance-driven property repairs. From emergency mitigation (water extraction, fire cleanup, mold remediation) to final structural reconstruction, we provide a seamless, single point of contact for our clients. We pride ourselves on empathy, quality craftsmanship, and clear communication.

The role:

Project Execution:  Lead and manage reconstruction projects from start to completion using company resources and subcontractors

Stakeholder Communication:  Maintain frequent communication with customers and insurance carriers regarding project status

Operations & Logistics: Create work orders, schedule vendors and order necessary materials

Financial Oversight:  Review estimates and align budgets with the project estimator's expectations

On-Site Management:   Manage trades, carpenters, job sites to ensure safety, quality and training opportunities

Reporting:  Provide weekly comprehensive updates on all projects.

Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • Experience in Construction and Construction Management / Supervision • Five years or more of Management or Leadership experience in Restoration/Construction industry

Preferred: • Class A or B General Contractors License • Associate or bachelor’s degree
