Job Details: Job Location: USCP (DC) - Washington , DC, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: $155000.00 - $180000.00Salary, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Government, Mayvin is seeking a Project Manager to support a broader mission within a Federal Law Enforcement agency in Washington, D.C., by leading the Partner Engagement Team (PET), overseeing MOUs, ensuring timely deliverables, verifying time and attendance, balancing workloads, and conducting quality assurance on documentation.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have a active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

Verify time and attendance and coordinate with USCP staff to manage shifts as needed Monitor PET deliverables to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies Manage responses to requests for information (RFIs) and ensure timely submissions Conduct quality assurance checks on documentation produced by PET members Assign tasks, balance team workloads, and track production from receipt to completion using designated databases and applications Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics to government personnel Draft clear, accurate, and grammatically correct reports Provide concise briefings and updates to USCP leadership and stakeholders

: Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience Availability to work late evenings, weekends, or holidays as mission requires. Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive partner relationships. Familiarity with law enforcement operations and terminology. Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in partner engagement, agreements, or contract support Prior Project Management experience supporting a Federal Law Enforcement Agency
