39 weeks · 142.25 student contact hours · Four courses: Introduction to Executive Coaching (in person), Coaching Foundations: Process, Theories & Skills (in person), Individual & Organizational Considerations in Coaching (virtual), Integrating the Theory, Research & Practice of Coaching (in person) · Fieldwork: Coaching circles/supervision (in-person or virtual), Individual pro bono and paid client work (in-person and/or virtual), 1:1 Mentor coaching (virtual) · Strong foundation in executive coaching and ICF competencies and ethics necessary for passing ICF’s ACC assessment · Mentor coach hours and classroom hours required for ICF’s ACC certification $13,500
Peer Coaching Program
Leaders and high potential individuals who aspire to leadership roles, including Supervisors, Managers, Tech leaders, Senior leaders and directors, Non-profit executive directors, Business owners, Those who value hands-on (experiential) learning
6 sessions · 24 weeks · 12 student contact hours · (1) 2-hour Coaching Skills Workshop (up to 30 participants) · (5) 2-hour monthly Peer Coaching Sessions (a cohort of no more than 6 participants) · 6-9 hours reflection and application between sessions · ICF-credentialed and experienced facilitators on request
Course 1: Introduction to Executive Coaching 5 sessions · 4 weeks · Defines what coaching is and isn’t · Develop the most important tool and resource in coaching—yourself on request
Course 2: Coaching Foundations: Process, Theories & Skills 8 sessions · 16 weeks · Building coaching skills · Adds key theories and cultural contexts that support developmental coaching · Building reflective practice to deepen self-awareness and development as a human, leader, and coach on request
Course 3: Individual & Organizational Considerations in Coaching 6 sessions · 12 weeks · Dig deeper into matters of ethics, DEIBJ, AI in Coaching, and more to broaden perspective and awareness as a practitioner on request
Course 4: Integrating the Theory, Research & Practice of Coaching 5 sessions · 16 weeks · Weave together theory, research, and coaching practice · Reflect on journey and chart the course to what’s next · Includes graduation ceremony on request
