Their website promises results: "I will work with the client until the client accepts new employment with a maximum term of service of one year. Obviously, the client is ultimately in control of accepting employment based on individual criteria such as salary, bonus structure, culture fit etc. Should we successfully maneuver a position advancement within their current company then the term of service remains one year and provides executive coaching. This guarantee is in place on certain select Andy Thomas packages only. Clients must be appearing in regular prescribed rotation of sessions and doing the prescribed work under Andy’s direction.".
