I turn messy numbers into decisions people can actually act on.

I have always liked being the person who walks into a noisy situation, slows it down, and finds the few drivers that really matter. Over the years, that turned into a style of FP\&A that is equal parts business partner, translator, and builder of simple systems that keep teams aligned. I do my best work when the goal is clear, the inputs are imperfect, and the business needs answers fast.

I build driver-based FP\&A that connects ops reality to financial outcomes, then I make it usable for leaders. That includes scenario models used across Sales, Purchasing, Ops, HR, IT, Production, and acquired entities, so decisions do not live in one spreadsheet on one laptop.

I have a bias for profitability clarity. I built individualized PVM models that isolate price, volume in Kg, and mix impacts, and I pair that with margin bridge storytelling so leaders can pick the few actions that move the quarter.

I also care about cash and control, not just forecast accuracy. I instituted inventory and DIO analytics that guided replenishment and salvage decisions with about $1.0M in annual savings potential, along with past projects (including as a Six Sigma Finance liaison) which helped save over $3.0M, and I have modeled multi-currency performance for acquired operations, including FX impacts and yield economics across more than $3.0M of annual business.
