I love the moment a room gets quiet because the food is that good, and the line is still calm. After years building menus, teams, and systems, I have learned that great hospitality is repeatable when the prep is disciplined and the numbers are respected. I am ready to bring that operator mindset to a bigger stage than a fragile, all-or-nothing bistro.
I am the rare mix of chef and operator, someone who can make food people talk about, and still run a tight kitchen. In my chef-owner chapter, I lived in the details that keep businesses healthy, menu costing, food cost controls, inventory cadence, and vendor relationships.
I have led high-volume service where execution has to be repeatable, not heroic. At Lumière Bistro, we pushed 120+ covers a night while building prep and station systems that improved speed and reduced waste.
What I am looking for now is a team that wants restaurant-quality dining with KPI discipline. Whether it is a tech campus, a senior living community, or a premium events program, I bring calm leadership, clean standards, and margin-safe scratch cooking that can scale.
