I like taking the scary stuff, cost spikes, audits, accessibility gaps, and turning it into clear systems teams can actually operate. I have led modernization where it actually counts, in production, under real traffic, with real constraints. At PriceSpider I helped move a major platform from data center to cloud, including 400+ servers, while supporting services handling 30M calls per day.

I bring compliance execution, not compliance theater. I have shipped privacy controls for GDPR/CCPA, and delivered accessibility work that reached WCAG AA certification, the kind of detail that can unblock deals and protect teams from last minute fire drills.

I am most useful when the mandate is "do more with less" without gambling on reliability. I build operating models that connect engineering decisions to cost, risk, and delivery speed, especially as AI workloads raise the stakes on governance and spend.
