I have always been drawn to the messy middle, the space between what the labor market wants and what people can realistically learn and do next. Over the years I have built programs that blend real constraints like eligibility rules, time, and funding with real outcomes like placement and progression. My sweet spot is making skills, training, and employer needs line up, then proving it with clean operations and measurable results.

I help teams move from good intentions to working systems. That means clear eligibility decisions, clean training contracts, tight scheduling and capacity planning, and reporting that ties activity to outcomes.

I have built and overseen learning experiences end to end, from needs assessment to curriculum to delivery across 2 modalities. I have also owned the workforce intelligence side, translating labor market signals into workshops and decision support people actually use.

What connects my work across sectors is proof. If we cannot measure completion, placement, retention, and progression, we cannot improve it, defend it to stakeholders, or scale it responsibly.
