I like being the person who turns that stress into a calm plan, clear controls, and a Day-1 that actually works. The goal is simple, keep the business running while we change what needs to change.

I have spent my career in the gap between what leadership wants, what the deal requires, and what regulated operations will allow. I led three global IT integrations and consistently delivered about 30% cost savings per project, not by cutting corners, but by tightening the operating model and simplifying what had grown complex.

More recently, I led an IT divestiture for a private equity business, built the separation plan, protected both entities, and did it with 0 business interruption. That work lives at the intersection of identity, data, controls, and execution speed, which is exactly where most deals struggle.
