I have always been the person teams call when the questions get uncomfortable, like, “Can we show the evidence?” or “Is this actually on track?” My lane sits between governance and execution, where risk registers, remediation plans, and real reporting meet. I like making compliance feel less like theater and more like calm, repeatable operations.

I am strongest where governance meets operations, like risk registers, due diligence workflows, and SLA and OLA performance that actually gets escalated and resolved. I have done this in environments that look very different on the surface, including banking, energy, and global consumer wellness, which makes me comfortable translating expectations across stakeholders.

I also bring a reporting mindset that keeps programs honest. With ServiceNow, Power BI, and SQL-level thinking, I build dashboards and metrics leaders can use to decide, prioritize, and fund the work, including tying controls and remediation to CAPEX and OPEX reality.
