I help finance teams get out of the monthly scramble and into a repeatable rhythm of insight. One example, I automated executive reporting with R, cutting board reporting from 6 hours to 10 minutes, and the output got more consistent, not less.

I have rebuilt planning systems, not just maintained them. I reimplemented Workday Adaptive and redesigned budgeting, forecasting, and variance models across a complex multi-entity environment, then used driver-based forecasting to raise forecast quality, including a 48% improvement by spotting execution-risk patterns in spend behavior.

I also bring board-grade decision support when the stakes are high. I built an interest-rate sensitivity matrix adopted for board materials, SEC filings, and Investor Relations on a $60B balance sheet, and I have led scenario modeling that helps leaders choose trade-offs with confidence.
