I have always been the person friends and coworkers call when the handoffs are broken, the process is unclear, and customers feel it first. I like being close enough to the work to understand the humans in it, then building the structure that makes everything calmer, faster, and more reliable.

I am at my best in the space between teams, where important work gets stuck. I bring structure without adding bureaucracy, and I translate between operators, product, and customer-facing teams so decisions actually turn into shipped improvements.
