Over the years I have learned that reliability, cost, and compliance are the same conversation, just told by different teams. I build the paved roads that let engineers ship faster, while keeping leaders confident in what it costs and how it is governed.

I treat cloud cost like a product metric, not an accounting artifact. I have driven 48%+ savings in data processing, shared cost-to-serve strategy on big stages like AWS re:Invent, and even helped secured a seven-figure AWS refund by researching and presenting technical evidence.

I am comfortable where platform engineering meets governance. I have expanded internal infrastructure offerings from AWS to GCP, built Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code foundations, and partnered across teams to embed reliability, cost controls, and compliance expectations into the platform instead of bolting them on later.
