I helped shift a counter-terrorism communications entity into the U.S. government’s sole organization countering state-sponsored disinformation, expanding mandate and funding through an Executive Order. That experience translates directly to enterprise narrative attacks and trust risk, where speed, governance, and cross-functional alignment matter more than messaging.

I have also advised on sanctions exposure and market access in restricted environments, and advocated for U.S. companies with senior government counterparts. In one high-stakes market, I supported efforts that protected roughly $4B in investment by aligning risk, regulation, and on-the-ground operating reality.
