Cookies & Tracking

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to analyze usage, secure the platform, and personalize your experience. Essential cookies are required for site operation and are always active.

Before you make a cookie choice, we use privacy-preserving, cookieless measurement that does not store data on your device and does not set a persistent identifier. Cookie-based analytics and advertising run only after you consent, and you can change your choice at any time in your account or via the cookie banner.

We use Google Analytics for acquisition-funnel measurement: how visitors arrive (including campaign or referral tags) and whether they sign up or sign in. We do not use Google Analytics to follow your browsing inside your account after you sign in. Separately, our servers report key product milestones (for example that a signup, a saved job, or a subscription occurred) to Google Analytics so we can measure how the platform is used. If you have accepted analytics cookies, these reports are linked to your visit using a pseudonymous identifier; if you have not, they are sent without any identifier, so they cannot be connected to you or to each other. These reports never include the content of your resumes, cover letters, or messages.

Separately from cookies and from the analytics described above, we keep an internal record of key product events, for example that an account signed in, saved a job, generated a document, or ran into an error. We keep this record whatever your cookie choice, because we rely on it to operate, monitor, secure, and improve the service, and we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a reliable platform. It is linked to your account by an internal identifier, is never used for advertising, is never sold, and never includes the content of your resumes, cover letters, or messages. You can object to this use at any time by contacting us.

Retargeting and remarketing only run with your consent. If you do not accept advertising cookies, we do not add you to any advertising or remarketing audience and we do not show you retargeting ads; we use only privacy-preserving, cookieless measurement to count sign-up conversions. If you accept advertising cookies, we may use Google Ads to build audiences and show you relevant ads about Callings.ai on Google services and partner sites. You can withdraw this consent at any time via the cookie banner or your account, which stops new advertising data collection.

  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager: Visitor measurement, sign-up conversion, and aggregate counts of key product milestones. Without your consent, measurement is identifier-free and Google Ads is used only to count whether our ads led to a sign-up. With your consent to advertising cookies, Google Ads may also be used for remarketing. Provided by Google, which processes this data, including your IP address, in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • Product analytics: Understanding which features are used so we can improve them. A cookie is set only if you consent to analytics cookies; the internal event record described above uses no cookie and no device access.
  • Essential cookies: Security, authentication, and core features

We do not sell your personal information. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising (including retargeting or remarketing) unless you have consented to advertising cookies, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Outside of advertising you have consented to, we use tracking only to operate, measure, and improve the platform.

Third Parties & Subprocessors

We work with trusted service providers (“subprocessors”) who help us deliver our platform and its features. These partners may process your data on our behalf as needed to provide, secure, or improve the service. Our subprocessors include:

  • Cloud infrastructure and security: Hosting, databases, storage, and edge security (required)
  • AI and content generation: Resume, document, image, and voice features (required)
  • Payments: Subscription billing
  • Email, messaging, and CRM: Transactional, onboarding, and notification messaging (required)
  • Analytics: Product usage analytics, and marketing analytics only with your consent
  • Sign-in and connected accounts: Authentication and social publishing
