Job seekers need clearer market signals, not more guesswork. These reports are one practical part of what I am building into the platform.
They are generated from around 4 million data points across macroeconomic indicators, market trends, company job listings, openings, salary movement, and layoff data. The goal is simple: show where demand is concentrating, who is hiring, and how the market is moving.
This comes from a broader belief I have about the modern job hunt. It is not just about sending applications into a void. It is also about understanding the market, building a clear identity, and becoming easier to find for the work that fits. Over the last four years, I have learned from career coaches, recruiters, headhunters, job seekers, hiring managers, and workforce professionals while studying job market patterns in the US and abroad.
