About the RoleJoin the growth engineering team at a Series A marketplace startup serving specialized vehicle and equipment markets. You will build the data systems, internal tools, and AI-powered workflows that help the sales team find prospects and work more effectively. What You'll DoBuild data pipelines that turn fragmented information into actionable sales leads.

Develop tools for outbound automation, lead routing, sales sequencing, and deal management.

Apply AI and language models to information from documents, calls, and legacy systems to identify useful sales signals.

Create background agents and workflows that help the sales team operate more effectively.

Work directly with sales teammates to identify growth challenges and deliver practical solutions.

What We're Looking ForTwo to five years of full-stack software engineering experience, preferably at an early-stage, venture-backed startup.

Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js or Express, and PostgreSQL.

Experience owning features or systems from initial problem-solving through implementation and launch.

Strong product judgment and the ability to build solutions from 0 to 1 with limited direction.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a U.S. institution.

Clear communication skills and confidence working with non-engineering partners, including sales teams.

Experience with internal tools, sales or growth automation, AI workflows, or tools such as Clay, HubSpot, or Apollo is a plus.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationOn-site in New York, New York, United States.
