Description

We are seeking a skilled PM- Construction Coordinator with direct experience in HFC/Fiber for edge outs to oversee upcoming regional NJ Edge Out. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, vendor oversight in the field, and project tracking within SiteTracker.

They should be familiar with FTTH and Construction practices. Would be looking for them to spend roughly 70% to 75% of the time in the field following vendors around confirming they are where they say they are and working efficiently. They would also spend some time QCing the work performed by the vendor and validating their As-built/invoicing information

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, permitting, operations).

Report on project milestones, risks, and progress to leadership.

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.

Resolve on-site challenges and maintain construction timelines.

8 - 10 years of project management and field coordination experience in telecom or construction environments.

Preferred Experience in Node Split / Mid-Split projects.

Proficiency in SiteTracker or similar project management tools.

Experience managing multiple vendors and concurrent projects.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel frequently for site oversight (up to 80%).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
