Senior Product Manager, AI Education

About the RoleWe are looking for a product manager to shape how teams learn, adapt, and work alongside AI agents at a growing AI-powered accounting technology company. You will build practical education programs and tools that help an experienced, AI-forward organization keep pace with rapidly evolving models and workflows. What You'll DoDesign and deliver company-wide AI education programs, role-specific playbooks, and hands-on workshops that lead to measurable changes in how teams work.

Test new models and tools, build with them, and turn your findings into useful guidance for technical and non-technical teams.

Work directly with teams to identify capability gaps, redesign workflows around agents, and support sustained adoption.

Translate advanced AI techniques into secure, reliable, repeatable systems suitable for work involving sensitive data.

Build skills, agents, and internal tools that teach people in the flow of work and reduce repetitive tasks where possible.

What We're Looking ForAt least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 3 or more years in product management for AI enablement, developer education, or learning products.

A strong technical foundation, such as a computer science degree or equivalent experience.

Experience shipping products using LLMs or agentic workflows, with daily use of AI tools and familiarity with LLM APIs, coding agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.

Experience creating education, enablement, or developer education products, and teaching others to reach advanced levels of AI use.

A background in developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or technical education is relevant, as is experience at a startup or high-growth company.

Compensation & BenefitsAnnual salary range: $100,000 to $300,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationOn-site in New York, New York.
