We’re seeking a Product Manager to join our team and lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of key product lines. In this role, you’ll translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product strategies, collaborate across teams to drive product development, and guide initiatives from concept through successful launch. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a focus on delivering products that meet customer needs and support business goals.

Key Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business goals. Define product requirements, pricing, and positioning through competitive research and voice of customer input. Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle — from concept to launch to end-of-life. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment across product development, documentation, and go-to-market plans. Create compelling sales tools, training materials, and support adoption efforts with the Sales team. Track product health, including performance metrics, pricing, cost analysis, and rationalization.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product management or a related engineering or commercial role. Experience with product development, new product introductions, and cross-functional teams. Experience with OEM customers, electronics, or water and wellness markets is a plus.

Required Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements. Clear communication, documentation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead cross-functional work and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable with data analysis and market research tools. Familiarity with Agile or other product development methodologies.

Travel Requirements:  Ability to travel up to 25% or more as needed.
