Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must possess at least six years of experience in developing and executing business or learning solutions, including four years of end-to-end program or project management. A proven track record of delivering high-touch programs for executive audiences and managing complex logistics is required. Proficiency in data analysis, vendor management, and the application of AI tools to improve operational workflows is necessary. A Bachelor’s degree and professional certifications such as PMP or PMI are preferred.
