Software Engineers, Retail Systems (San Ramon, CA)

Design, develop, and implement software solutions for our online retail platform.  May perform additional duties that are similar and consistent with stated position requirements.

Qualified candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or closely related field plus 1 year of experience.  Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:

Designing SQL and NoSQL schemas and writing queries for trend analysis

Using Python for data manipulation and large-scale business reporting

Applying statistical analysis to design software features for retail inventory optimization and POS checkout efficiency

Designing software features and scalable cloud systems using Java and AWS

Building GraphQL, Restful APIs to support high-volume retail transactions

Developing reusable integration components using Java, web-services, REST, and integration patterns

Data Governance and Compliance

Must pass normal background check.  Telecommuting permitted no more than 1 day per week.

Salary Range: $180,000
