About the RoleJoin a cybersecurity product team building new tools for the U.S. defense industrial base. This hands-on role spans experimental product development and foundational infrastructure, helping advance the team's work in AI and cybersecurity. What You'll DoBuild full-stack features for emerging products or develop foundational infrastructure.

Contribute across the product lifecycle, from planning and design through deployment and optimization.

Work with product, design, and engineering partners in a fast-moving, iterative environment.

Maintain high engineering standards while moving quickly and taking ownership.

Mentor engineers and help shape team practices and culture.

What We're Looking ForAt least 6 years of full-stack software development experience, including senior or staff-level technical work.

Strong production experience with TypeScript and a modern object-oriented backend language.

Experience with React, GraphQL, and Ruby on Rails; familiarity with Rust or Node.js is useful.

Experience leading multi-engineer projects and mentoring other engineers.

A track record of ownership, technical depth, and delivering complex software in startup environments.

Interest in cybersecurity and comfort working with the U.S. defense industrial base.

Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent senior engineering experience.

Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $210,000 to $260,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LocationHybrid role based in New York City. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to New York City.
