**Description**

Intercare Therapy is seeking an Applied Behavior Analysis Program Manager to lead ABA services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will oversee clinical programming, supervise behavior technicians, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for children and young adults with autism. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, conducting assessments, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families, schools, and healthcare providers. Oversee ABA treatment programs for a caseload of clients with autism across home, clinic, school, and community settings. Conduct and supervise functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Use data collection and analysis to monitor client progress, adjust programming, and guide clinical decision making. Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to behavior technicians and other implementation staff. Deliver staff training on ABA principles, data procedures, behavior reduction strategies, and skill acquisition programs. Conduct caregiver training and maintain regular communication with families regarding treatment goals and progress. Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation that complies with organizational, payer, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. Support quality assurance, adherence to ethical and clinical standards, and participation in program improvement initiatives. Balance clinical, supervisory, and administrative duties while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team culture. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program development Functional behavior assessment (FBA) Behavior intervention plan (BIP) design Data collection and data-based decision making Clinical supervision and case oversight Staff training and performance coaching Parent and caregiver training Interdisciplinary care coordination Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) expertise Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions Regulatory and documentation compliance Caseload and scheduling management Quality assurance and outcomes monitoring Crisis prevention and de-escalation Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required or eligibility within defined timeframe Active licensure as a behavior analyst where required by state regulations Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community and home visits if needed Experience supervising behavior technicians or therapists Proficiency with ABA data collection and EHR software Background check clearance as required for clinical roles
