We are currently looking for a talented and energetic supervisor to join our clinical team. Opportunities are available in Paso Robles and other areas in and around Paso Robles
**Currently, we have immediate part-time positions available with a graduate hours build-up to full-time if desired.**
### **Program Manager Skills and Qualifications:**
* MA/MS, or Doctorate (e.g., PdD, EdD) in behavior analysis, psychology, or related discipline. Candidates currently enrolled in their master’s will also be considered. * Currently working on BCBA hours towards BCBA license * Provide ethical, effective, and practical behavior analytic interventions * Must legally be authorized to work in the United States * Possess a California driver’s license and have proof of automobile insurance * Must provide verification of negative TB test and criminal background check Credentials to be submitted on a regular basis * Bilingual skills are a plus
### Job Description
* Practice in accordance with Pyles & Associates’ policies and procedures. * Oversee clinical programs, and monitor staff under the supervision of the * Clinical Director and/or BCBA Supervisor * Supervise assigned staff * Master’s Level Program Manager must demonstrate the ability to use relevant behavioral data to monitor client performance and make observations * Conduct assessments, develop interventions, train agency staff, and use relevant behavioral data to monitor client performance and make treatment decisions * Work in various settings including individual’s homes, day programs, group homes * Provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision to direct support professionals * Interface with guardians and/or administrators and other agency staff to coordinate schedules and services * Generate progress reports * Submit assessment, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual IPP reports in a timely manner (defined individually by agency, regional center, and case) to the Clinical Director * Submit assigned tasks on time * Engage in proactive communication * Update clinical staff and caregivers on client progress at least monthly * Record and graph data consistently * Conduct functional assessments under the supervision of the Clinical Director * Develop, implement and monitor Behavior Support Plans * Assess and train direct support staff (e.g., collecting reliability data on programs and assessments, monitor treatment integrity) * Make efficient, sound, and ethical clinical judgments and recommendations * Establish a good rapport with clients, co-workers and other professionals and paraprofessionals * Conduct staff training using Behavior Skills Training (BST) * Provide consistent treatment per recommended hours to all clients on a monthly basis * Practice in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as a mandated reporter, Pyles and Associates company policies, as well as the BACB ethical guidelines * Performs other duties as assigned reasonably within the scope of a Master’s Level Program Manager
**Physical Requirements:**
* Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25–50 pounds (ex: therapy materials, assisting clients as needed etc.) * Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, or kneel frequently throughout the workday to engage with clients at their level. * Visual and auditory ability to observe client behavior, monitor safety, and respond promptly to needs. * Mobility to work in a clinical environment, including navigating between rooms and supporting clients in structured activities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and maintain energy and focus during extended interaction with clients – be able to remain physically active/engaged for the duration of therapy sessions * Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
**Compensation:**
(**B.A)**$29/hour – $33/hour ($1000 retention bonus quarterly)
**(M.A.)** $34/hour-$37/hour + ($1000 retention bonus quarterly)
