The Executive Director works directly with principals, District leaders, and school teams to diagnose root causes of underperformance, develop and execute evidence-based improvement strategies, align District resources and supports to school needs, and establish clear expectations for implementation and results.
This position serves as a critical link between District priorities and school-level execution, ensuring that schools receive the differentiated support, resources, accountability, and leadership capacity necessary to achieve ambitious outcomes for students.
