I am currently hiring for an experienced **Project Manager** to join a well-established **ENR Top 400 General Contractor** with a strong reputation across the Southeast.

This contractor works across a diverse range of sectors including **commercial, K-12 education, higher education, government, manufacturing, food & beverage, distribution & logistics, mission critical, transportation, and industrial construction.**

**The Role**

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and overall project delivery.

**Responsibilities**

• Manage commercial and education construction projects from start to finish

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders

• Monitor project progress, cost control, quality, safety, and closeout

• Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships

**Ideal Experience**

• Experience working for a General Contractor

• Commercial construction project experience

• K-12 / education or Industrial project experience preferred

• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management

• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and take ownership of project delivery

• Based in Atlanta or open to the Atlanta market
