## Job Description

Our client, a growing organization in the aerospace and aviation services industry, is seeking a **Part-Time Project Manager** to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of a critical ERP/business operations platform. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and ensuring initiatives remain on schedule. The ideal candidate brings strong ERP project experience and a proven ability to improve business processes, facilitate communication between technical and operational teams, and keep projects moving forward in fast-paced environments. This is a **20-hour-per-week contract engagement** with flexibility in scheduling. **Key Responsibilities**

* Lead project planning, execution, and tracking activities for ERP-related initiatives. * Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, maintenance, IT, and leadership stakeholders. * Manage project schedules, action items, dependencies, risks, and milestones. * Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. * Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and process improvement opportunities. * Partner with operational teams to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency through system enhancements and process changes. * Track project progress and ensure accountability for deliverables across multiple teams. * Support ERP system optimization and adoption efforts. * Develop project plans, reporting dashboards, and executive status updates. * Escalate risks and obstacles while driving timely resolution. * Ensure projects align with operational objectives and regulatory requirements where applicable.

**Required Qualifications**

* 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting ERP, business systems, or operational transformation initiatives. * Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders. * Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and execution methodologies. * Experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes. * Ability to drive accountability and maintain momentum across teams. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimization efforts. * Aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), or industrial operations experience. * Familiarity with FAA Part 145 repair station environments. * Experience working with maintenance, engineering, supply chain, or aircraft operations teams. * Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices.
