This hands-on leadership role combines program management expertise with technical judgment to guide multidisciplinary teams, sustain reliable operations, and deliver secure, accessible, and cost-effective solutions

Manage transition-in, knowledge transfer, and transition-out activities, including transfer of documentation, assets, responsibilities, and operational knowledge.
Coordinate with our clients service providers, vendors, other contractors, and program stakeholders to resolve dependencies and support enterprise service delivery.
Manage subcontractor performance, deliverables, staffing, and contractual obligations to ensure integrated program execution.
