Job Description Domino's Pizza | State College, PA 💰 $55,000 BASE SALARY 💰 UP TO $18,000 IN PERFORMANCE BONUSES 🚀 $73,000 ANNUAL TARGET COMPENSATION + ADDITIONAL SALES-GROWTH INCENTIVES! We're Hiring a Leader, Not Just a Manager! Our independently owned Domino's franchise is looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead our State College team. We want someone who can build a strong team, take ownership of store performance, and deliver exceptional results. What We Offer: Competitive $55,000 base salary
Performance bonuses paid every two-week accounting period

Qualifications What We're Looking For: Proven restaurant leadership experience
High-volume QSR experience preferred
Experience with $30K+ average weekly sales preferred
Strong labor, food cost, and inventory management
