This Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Disaster Recovery Program, ensuring critical business applications are recoverable during disruptions. They manage technical projects across multiple domains, lead cross-functional teams, and provide leadership reporting. The role drives program maturity, automation adoption, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical projects from initiation through close, including RFP, vendor selection, PoC, requirements, design, development, testing, integration, UAT, and go-live.
• Manage projects across enterprise apps, infrastructure upgrades, data platforms, digital transformations, and IT support operations.
• Coordinate shared resource utilization across multiple projects, ensuring effective allocation and prioritization.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, secure resources, monitor budgets, assess dependencies, and manage issues.
• Monitor progress, adjust resources and priorities, and assess risks, budget constraints, and conflicts with contingency planning.
• Support continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.
• Align team members on business requirements, design documents, and technical specifications.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure solutions meet operational and strategic needs.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, leveraging strengths, technology, and processes.
• Foster strong working relationships across all levels, exercising flexibility, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills, root-cause analysis, and proactive improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing multiple, complex projects.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading project teams using internal and external resources.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing, organizational, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Azure DevOps (TFS), Microsoft Office Suite, and Visio.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
