**What You’ll Do**

As an Associate Account Executive, you’ll help organizations solve business and technology challenges by building relationships with key decision-makers and delivering talent and consulting solutions.

In this role, you will:

* Build relationships with business leaders and executives * Run the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing and account growth * Learn a consultative, solution-focused sales approach * Develop and manage client relationships * Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth * Meet with clients in person and virtually * Collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
